Cooking Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package directions. While the rice cooks, prepare the vegetables.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the beef until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the spinach, carrots, mushrooms, and bean sprouts separately until tender-crisp. Season each with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of sesame oil.
- Fry the eggs sunny-side up.
